Trending: Structured Bags

This fall, boxy structured bags pull together any look! You can wear them with a work dress, a blazer and jeans or a weekend top-and-leggings outfit! They are perfect for any day and any look! Here are a few of my favorites...and they are all under $60 and practically STEALS!

This Merona tweed bag from Target is only $45! I recently saw it in the store and it is definitely a fully functional bag with a lot space! Check it out here!

I love this next bag from H&M and guess what? Only $18! Available in beige, black and a killer green! It has the look of a structured bag but still has a little give to it. Check it out here!

Back to my admiration for Francesca's! This bag is unbelievable. I love the sophistication of it and the sea foam green color is to die for as well as the chain straps! $44...check it out here!

Lastly, I found this on a site called Handbag Heaven...they have some cute finds! And, this is probably my favorite-- :) check it out here!

Hope you love these bags as much as I do!

Loafers anyone?

Like I stated in an earlier post, my favorite show right now is Most Eligible Dallas on Bravo!. (No, really...I'm obsessed.) On the show one of the main characters Courtney Kerr is an absolute fashionista...she inspires me! I was reading her little blog that has a section titled "What did Courtney Wear?" And she posted these Sam Edelman loafers. Loafers to me were always something that older woman wore, and weren't the most fashion forward of shoes. But now a days, they are totally functional and made for the modern day fashionistas! Check out a few of Sam Edelman's designs that I found on Zappos:

I am really crushing on these studded loafers in both colors but especially black! I may be asking for a pair of these this Christmas instead of my normal Uggs. They run about $150 on Zappos.

The plain black and stone colors are the most functional...very easy to wear! They run about $130

Lastly, these loafers are very funky and kind of have the Toms look to them. I love this color--it's called "truffle" white and black are also available and they are on sale on Zappos ranging from $96-$128!

Aren't they fun?! I love all of Sam Edelman's shoes-- I recommend checking them out on Zappos, they are a little cheaper than Nordstrom and Bloomingdales!

Happy Friday everyone, xoxoxo--

Flashback...

Yes, that's me up there in the lovely sunflower get up! Can you believe this picture?! I love it so much. Pictured in the middle is my childhood best friend Lauren and next to her, her little sister Madi--I love and miss them dearly! They moved to Ohio a few years back. I grew up with Jaymie (their mom) babysitting me everyday for years! She found this picture last night and posted it on facebook...It totally captures our personalities, too! I remember I was mad at Lauren for getting to sport the pink dress, because it was actually a skirt--she was a tiny little thing! I towered her as a child!
Ohh to be a little girl again-- :)

Today was a perfect day for this picture--sorry for the short post, I have to finish writing my speech for my night class this evening. The topic? Fashion week, of course!

Francesca's Collections...

One of the most unique places to shop--ever! We are lucky enough to have a couple of them here in Pittsburgh. They have the cutest things! Intricate jewelry, awesome bags, one of a kind clothing and even cute house ware items!  I recommend finding one near you and if not--shop them online! Here are a few pieces from their fall collection from their website:

My friend has this watch--it's so chic and expensive looking!

Studs and stones cross body--perfect for a night out!

I LOVE this hi lo flowing top--easy to dress up or wear casual

Back to the "little red dress"very easy to wear and can be accessorized to make numbers of different looks!

This bag may be my new obsession (I know it changes everyday...) So functional.

I recently saw this style of necklace on my new favorite show Most Eligible Dallas :) love it!

Pleated skirts are a staple this fall!

The whole store is so affordable, too! It is definitely worth your time to check it out--

Let me know what you think of their clothing! When i start doing outfit posts you will see a few of my favorite hair accessories are from Francesca's!

Rachel Zoe...

A fashion icon. She does it all! Just watching her on her TV show is enough to give me anxiety--I cannot imagine being all that she is! Her first collection is a few months old and needless to say, it is MAJOR. These looks can be found on Piperlime which is a great website I recommend to anyone wanting a good deal! They are apart of Gap, Banana and Old Navy. Rachel has done work and styling with them for many years so it was no surprise that her collection is showcased! Here are a few of her designs:

Check it out the collection! The pieces are designed to be lifelong staple items!

Happy Monday--

Courage Collection...

With October being the month of Breast Cancer Awareness, I would love to start off the first of the month with a post about awareness and of course, pink! I have experienced a few very important people in my life who have suffered and survived through the disease. There is hope for everyone! I encourage you all to show your support this month!
Forever 21 so graciously made a whole Collection that revolved around donating 10% of each piece sold to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Take a look at some of the cute styles:

Their mens line is supporting too---love it!
